YES , our head quarters tent is located at the top of sorority row to the side of the Bernard observatory building where the gold star is on our game day map. We will have employees stationed at this location through the whole duration of Game Day.
Unfortunately we are unable to connect tailgates together even if you cart and book multiple packages. We are also unable to guarantee your tailgate will be placed directly beside your friend who has booked. Our efforts to obtain a larger tailgate footprint reflect an uncharge in pricing to make that happen. You must select the appropriate package to obtain a larger tailgate area.

YES, we have custom company logo boards with an area which will have your name you booked your tailgate labeled on it.
Yes, we will text and communicate your location the week of Game Day! Please note on our large volume SEC Game Day weeks it may be the Friday of Game Day before your receive your map. PLEASE make sure the number located on your rental form is a number that we an text and not a land line.
You can BUT we are NOT responsible for TVs NOT contracted by our company. They can NOT be plugged into our power and we will not be responsible for making them operable on Game Day.
YES, ALL TV’s come operable with the top sports packages complementary with your rental. Although some games rarely could be aired on SEC+ which is a streaming channel. IF this occurs we will do everything in our power to gain that channel for your viewing. We are not liable if the internet to the Grove is incompatible or if this channel is unavailable.
If you choose TV with your Tailgate package ALL TV’s Take it to The Grove Tailgate provide are a minimum of a 43″ television and will vary in size upon availability. We personally don’t prefer small TV’s and don’t believe in providing a TV you can hardly see for our customers. Our motto – ” Go big or go home”. If you would like a larger TV or multiple we can make arrangements for an additional uncharge.
NO, please refrain from plugging anything into our power sources running our services being provided. Wee know exactly how much power it takes for what has been setup to run multiple Tailgates. By doing this it overloads our generators with extra power we are unaware of causing blackouts in power. You would need to rent your own generator if you plan to bring your own items.
Yes, you can if you plan to personally need access to power on Game Day! If you have not rented your own power source please refrain from plugging into ours.
No, we take care of ALL logistics of the Grove rush, setup, clean up and take down.

No, There will be no refunds for tailgate setups or TV setups. You may transfer to a different game for the current football season of equal value and if there is a difference in price you will owe the difference. By submitting payment you agree to these guidelines.
No, catering itself the delivery or drink service is not included in your package. All of these services are an upgraded optional additional cost. All catering is ordered by the customer directly with the catering vendor. All drinks and delivery services will be coordinated and discussed with Take it to The Grove Tailgating, INC.
