Oxford Tailgate Package

• INCLUDES :1 – 10×10’s ( equal to a 10×10 total area coverage), 1 – standard 6 ft. folding tables with linens included, 6 ” Grove style” folding chairs and 1 – 48 quart cooler with 1bag of ice. Drink orders will not be filled in the 48 quart cooler that comes with your tailgate a separate will be required in our drink app to place your drink order.
• TV/ TV service is an added option that is available to select for an additional fee. All TV add ons come with Direct TV services complimentary. Additional TVs, TV stands and upgraded TV size is also an upgraded option that can be selected under the upgrades tab.
• Purchasing our TV service does not give your tailgate the usage of its own specified generator. Generators will be used for multiple tailgates with power provided only for Take it to The Grove purchased services.
• You will have the opportunity to purchase coolers / drinks in the app included in your email after you check out. Catering delivery app links will be in that same email.
• PLEASE pay attention to deadlines. We have deadlines set in place to keep each GameDay operating smoothly.
• This tailgate is rated for 6 people. Chairs and tables will be setup inside of tent perimeter. They are not allowed outside of the tent area into other fans tailgating atmosphere. Please book the proper size needed for your group accordingly.
• We have a NO cancellation/ refund policy. Tailgates are NOT transferable. Please understand prior to booking. With new policies in place we will NOT be able to make any exceptions beginning Jan 1 2026.
• We can NOT combine tailgates. If you wish to be near someone your package size should be booked together initially. We not honor two of the same package booked. You must checkout the appropriate size rated tailgate.
• Prices will vary on supply on hand. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
