Weekly changes come about especially when SEC Nation OR College Gameday are on campus. Displacements may arise with Rentals and Season customers. We will work diligently to accommodate if and when changes arise.

Event Guidelines

TTG Guidelines

  • Take it to the Grove is in no way ever liable for injury, theft, sickness, death or weather related inconveniences. By booking your tailgate you assume all responsibility.
  • Loss of TV connection can happen and we will make correction as soon as possible. Please be patient as TTG is fully aware of the outage and working promptly to restore service if an outage occurs.
  • TV services are of a portable source in a public place, therefore TTG is not liable for the high volume of service being used in a condensed area. TVs are expected to be on and operable by 11am.
  • Rental equipment may vary in color but will be comparable.
  • Full payment books your reservation. All fees must be paid in advance of the weekend or arrangements can be made by calling us.
  • *There will be no refunds for tailgate setups of any kind. Up to two weeks prior to the game you booked you ARE allowed to transfer to a different game with equal credit for the current football season. By submitting your payment you agree to these terms.
  • Any additions made to your Tailgate MUST be submitted 2 weeks prior to Game Day to give adequate time to prepare for your Tailgate.
